Mawloud OMAR

Full Professor, University of South Brittany

Mawloud Omar is Full Professor at ENSIBS - University of South Brittany and member of IRISA laboratory. He is the head of information systems security specialty. He got his Ph.D. and Magister degrees in Computer Science from the University of Bejaia (Algeria) and his abality to supervise research from the University Paris-Est. He was Associate Professor at ESIEE Paris - University of Gustave Eiffel. Before, he was Senior Researcher at IRT SystemX. He worked in the past for several years as Lecturer and Researcher at the University of Technology of Compiegne and the University of Bejaia. His research activities revolve mainly around cybersecurity. He is looking to challenges related to the opportunistic networks, Internet of things, connected vehicles and industrial environments.
